As usual, there were no “loud announcements” about this; the model simply appeared on the company’s online store website with an announced price of 2,990 rubles. Judging by the “transport film” pasted on the smartphone screen, the SMART Start brand hides a 4.0" display with a resolution of 800x480 pixels, a 5 Mpix camera, a dual-core processor with a frequency of 1.3 GHz (based on a chip from Mediatek - MT6572) and Android 4.4 OS ( KitKat).

Naturally, WiFi, GPS, FM radio and other functionality typical of budget models are supported.

As we said above, the phone is made in a compact candy bar form factor (dimensions 6.4 cm x 12.5 cm x 9.8 mm, weight 125 g) and comes in black and white versions. It was the white specimen that came to us for testing. I was pleasantly surprised that despite its price, the MTS SMART Start leaves a rather pleasant impression in the hand. The plastic from which the body is made is not expensive, but pleasant to the touch, and the silver inserts on the sides, which from a distance resemble metal ones (although in fact they are also plastic), give appearance phone elements of HiTech style.

Your phone comes with a user manual, warranty card, certification information, Charger and micro-USB cable. As you can see, there are no headphones included (but for the FM radio built into the phone, they are needed as an antenna), but this is not such a drawback.
