I want to say right away that if the equipment is branded and costs a lot of money, it does not always mean that the device will work perfectly for you. Yes, indeed, a Sony TV is a worthwhile thing, and the quality is good, both the assembly and the picture, but you will have to overpay at least 30% just for the fact that you are buying a Sony. If you buy any other model, then there is a greater chance that something will happen, but this is not a fact. Some even Chinese models My friends have been working for them for more than 15 years, and they have never had a single problem.

In this case, we are talking about the Mystery MTV 4207 TV, which was recommended to us by a consultant in the store when we came to choose a potential purchase. I want to say right away that when we didn’t buy the TV, we still had some doubts, even though the seller said that everything was just fine here. Only, probably, when 2 weeks had passed, and the Eurovision was supposed to be broadcast, for some reason they started talking about TV again... this time we already decided to surf the Internet, and through the hotline we found an online store where the price was much lower than in that place where we originally planned to buy. Here it was proposed to pay 14,800 rubles for a TV. and in the electronics supermarket, when we initially applied, the price was almost 17,000, the difference, whatever you say, is quite significant.

However, it should be noted that in the second case we also had to pay for delivery, but this is not significant. The TV turned out to be quite stable in use, considering that our family is quite large, so it works almost 24 hours a day and does not give any failures. We have never seen the picture jump, freeze, or turn off spontaneously. Of course, there were freezes, but only then if our Internet was lost.

This TV is also resistant to power surges; several times there were situations where the light went out, and then it was turned on again. And there were no problems here. By the way, I would like to say that our neighbors’ Panasonic tube TV went down the drain this way.

Very high quality picture that the TV produces. It should be noted that there is a very high clarity of tones, a high degree of contrast and brightness. The brightness turned out to be even high by default, so I had to reduce it later in the settings. It should also be noted that the TV is quite light in weight, 15 kg is quite a bit, we easily carried it to the fifth floor. When hanging it on the wall there were also no fastenings, the anchors are very strong, the same goes for the brackets. If you install a regular grid antenna, the TV will pick up about 20 channels perfectly, but you can tune in four more, but for some reason they show worse.

Sound control occurs using a small icon in the left corner, rather than a hefty grille. Stereo sound in this model can only be heard on the RT channel; on the rest you will have to be content with mono sound for now. As for the volume, it’s all about the highest level, you can set it so that the TV really screams, and then you won’t know where to go from this sound. Initially, we did this until the neighbors started drumming on the radiators, who immediately wanted to have a normal rest. There is a teleconference on the first channel.

On the first day I made a successful attempt to connect to the TV personal computer, laptop, and also cinema. I especially liked playing different toys, different shooting games, simulators, and auto racing. Especially at first, as soon as I sat down at the big screen, I felt what a real blast it was here.

A big advantage of this TV is also that it is omnivorous, that is, it swallows any formats, codecs, purely for the sake of interest, I found different films on disk and checked it. Everything is going well, and there are no brakes. Moreover, even those films that for some reason froze on my computer and were not opened by any players. It really turns out to be very interesting. Zoom adjustments for each format are made with remote control management.

Of course, there is such a thing as connecting external media, and you can connect not only flash drives, but removable HDD. So, I transferred all my favorite films to a hard drive, which has a capacity of 250 GB. Initially I thought that the computer wouldn’t recognize it, but it turned out everything was fine, then I watched all the films again on the big screen, a completely different impression than watching it on a small 14-inch screen on a laptop.

You can also easily connect a digital camera and then view photographs on a large diagonal. I really want to say that it’s better to look at the photo on a computer, it turns out somehow clearer. There is also an AV connector with which you can connect a video camera. It is also possible to connect s-video, although for this I had to go to the supermarket again and buy an adapter for SCART.

The menu on this TV is very pleasant, accessible, translated into Russian, there is also teletext, and many different settings that I have not yet fully figured out. However, even learning the basics is enough. However, I would like to note that this TV does not have a Wi-Fi connection, which is significant drawback. There is also no DVB T2 function, for me this also turned out to be a drawback, because even my previous model had this before.

Our domestic manufacturers love to give their products beautiful foreign names. In advertising of this product, associations are created with German quality, European style, etc. But in fact, these goods have nothing in common with European countries. Basically, all goods are produced in China, or, at best, in Russia.

It just so happened, but Russians are much more willing to buy goods with foreign names, thinking that since the name is foreign, the quality will be appropriate. This began during the collapse of the USSR, when people swept off the shelves everything that even hinted at foreign origin.

Our savvy manufacturers have also adapted to this trend. The scheme is very simple - a company is registered in one of the European countries - this gives that very beautiful foreign name, as well as the address of the head office, for example, in Germany. Moreover, the entire management of the company is Russian (an office in Germany may not even physically exist at all), the product is produced in China or Russia (where it is cheaper). And voila, a new product with a beautiful foreign name is ready! Then it’s up to advertising to beautifully present the product to the public, focusing on the European origin of the product and “excellent German (French, Italian, etc.) quality.” But in fact, the product has nothing to do with the specified country.

All these “machinations” allow you to sell the goods much more expensive than their real value. Compare, would you buy a TV called Hunsujin or a TV called Mystery? Both TVs are completely identical, produced at the same factory in China, only in the first case it is written on the box that it is Chinese TV, and in the second - that this is a European-level TV with super-duper effects and the manufacturer’s headquarters are in London. The answer is obvious.

In China there are special factories that produce identical goods to order from such “manufacturers”. These products are no different in their essence and appearance. The only difference is in the label and packaging. Such a product will go to Russia under the name Vitek (for example), and to India - AbnDeli. The name is different - the product is 100% identical.

You will most likely now think that these goods under foreign brands made in China or Russia are bad and of low quality. Not certainly in that way. Or rather, not so with minor exceptions. Products are manufactured in good, large factories in compliance with all standards. It’s just that the manufacturers decided to attract the attention of buyers in this way - by giving the product a foreign name. The quality does not suffer from this. By the way, did you know that iPhone phones made in China? And that doesn't mean they're bad - American Apple company orders production to other countries, because it's much cheaper. Our manufacturers do the same, only the names are given not by “Electronics” and “Mir”, but by Mystery, Vitek, Kaizer, Bork.

Yes, of course, there are exceptions when the product is produced of poor quality, but, as a rule, such brands do not last long. Although they manage to spoil the buyers’ nerves.

"Vitek". Yes, this is not Austrian technology. The trademark is simply registered there. Products are made in China. Russian leadership.
"Scarlett". The joint Chinese-Russian company has nothing in common with the UK. Only the name.
"Rolsen". Televisions and monitors are assembled at a plant in Fryazino near Moscow from parts purchased in Southeast Asia.
Kaiser. It has nothing in common with Germany. The equipment is produced at factories in Poland and Italy.
"Bork". Also “ours”, it has nothing in common with Europe except the name. Owned by a chain of stores household appliances"Electrofleet".
"Elenberg"- trademark of the Eldorado network.
"Defender"- domestic computer components. Really quite high quality. Defender products are manufactured in factories in Western Europe and East Asia

This can also include Akira, Binatone, Explay, Nexx, Polar, Supra, Mystery, Prology- these goods have nothing in common with Western countries.

"Finn Flare", "Baon", "Savage", "O'STIN"- clothes exclusively made in Russia are sold under these brands. True, the clothes are of high quality, but the price is too high (due to their supposed European origin).
"Nordway", "Termit", "Outventure", "Joss", "Delamare"- trademarks of the Russian network "Sportmaster". Their clothes are made in China.

And - Gee Jay, Gloria Jeans, Oggi, R2, Rico Ponti, Savage, Vassa, Zarina, Tom Claim and so on. It's all ours.

Shoes

"Carlo Pazolini". The company is Russian and produces shoes in its own factories located in Russia and China. Imitation under a beautiful Italian name.
"Camelot". They make copies of expensive youth shoe brands “Grinders”, “Dr. Martens” and “Shellys” in Poland and China.
"TJCollection", "Chester", "Carnaby"- three trademarks that belong to one company created in the UK in 1992. The company allegedly produces shoes in Italy and Spain. But neither in the UK, nor in Italy, nor in Spain will you find shoes with this name. Draw conclusions.
"Ralf Ringer". Shoes are produced in factories in Moscow, Vladimir and Zaraysk. True, they do not hide the fact that they are “ours”.
"Tervolina". Produces shoes in Tolyatti and China.

Products

"Greenfield". Exclusively “English” tea is a product of the St. Petersburg tea manufacturer “Orimi Trade”.
"Mr.Ricco". Italian mayonnaise is produced in Russia, it has nothing in common with Italy.
"Bagbier". The beer is produced in Omsk, named after the director of the brewery, Ivan Bagnyuk.

Cosmetics and household chemicals

"Faberlic". Yes, they are ours too. Cosmetics are made at two factories - in Balashikha and the Moscow region, using, however, raw materials and developments from foreign companies.
“Ile de Beaute”, “L’Etoile”, “Rive Gauche”- are Russian companies. You won’t find such retail chains anywhere in France.
"Frau Schmidt". Domestic household chemicals with a beautiful German name. In Germany, such a Frau has never even been heard of.
